Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color (if stock is available).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Store Credit
